Holiday Soup Instructions:
Remove seasoning packet. Rinse beans, cover with water 1-2 inches over top of beans, cover with
plastic wrap, and  microwave on high 15 minutes, rotating half-way through cooking time. Drain
and rinse beans very well. Put cooked beans in large soup pot. Add 8 cups water, cover, and bring
to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 1 hour or until beans are tender. Stir occasionally. Add
seasoning packet and 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes (optional) and simmer for another 30 minutes.

Mix Contents: red beans, white beans, split peas, onion, beef bouillion, parsley, basil, chili powder,
pepper, oregano
