Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits, with Icing, Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine mix with 3/4 c. water & 2 T. Oil.
3. Turn dough onto floured surface, knead slightly, and flatten dough.
4. Cut with floured biscuit cutter or glass; place closely together on greased baking sheet.
5. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
6. Put 1-2 T. water (start with one and slowly add more) directly into the bag of confectioner's
sugar until it reaches desired consistency. Seal the bag and squish it until the sugar and water combine.
Cut a small whole in one of the bag's bottom corners and squeeze the icing onto the warm biscuits.
Mix contents: flour, raisins, dry nonfat milk, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon, baking soda; confectioner's sugar
