Corn Salad Rice Instructions:
1. Combine mix with 2 and 1/2 c. water in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stir, and cover tightly with lid.
2. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20-25 minutes.
3. Remove from heat; let sit 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
Mix contents: long grain rice, dehydrated corn, dehydrated red & green bell peppers, dried
chopped onion, parsley flakes, salt, sweet bbq powder (or chili powder)
