Western Omelet Seasoning Instructions:
1.
Combine 1 T. seasoning mix with 3 T. water; microwave 2 minutes (or,
pour 3 T. boiling water over 1 T. mix and let sit 5 minutes).
2. Add 3 eggs; beat with a fork.
3.
Heat a small nonstick skillet on medium; pour in the egg mixture; let
cook until somewhat firm, gently pulling up edges to allow liquid to
flow to bottom; fold omelet and sprinkle with salt and pepper; flip
once and cook until desired texture.
Mix contents: tomatoes, red & green bell pepper, onions, parsley (all dehydrated)
