My goal in developing these recipes is to create simple but tasty foods at the lowest possible cost. It is my hope that you will not only share your creations with your family and friends, but also consider making a few extra batches to share with your neighbors through your local food pantry. With each recipe I've listed the price I paid for each ingredient. Prices, of course, will vary; many stock items are from Sam's Club, and my dehydrated vegetables are from Harmony House Foods. For each recipe I've also included a sheet to easily print instructions if you'd like
