Biscuit Mix
(Makes nine 2-inch biscuits; approximate cost per package, including bag: 41 cents)

Mix Contents:
2 c. plain flour (20 cents)
1 T. baking powder (3 cents)

1/8 tsp. baking soda (1 cent)

1-1/2 tsp. salt (1 cent)
1/4 c. dry milk (12 cents)
(Plus one baggie, 4 cents)

Instructions to include with mix:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine mix with 3/4 c. water & 2 T. Oil.
3. Turn dough onto floured surface, knead slightly, and flatten dough.
4. Cut with floured biscuit cutter or glass; place closely together on greased baking sheet.
5. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
