Corn Salad Rice
(Makes 6 servings; approximate cost per package, including bag: $1.18)

Mix Contents:
1 c. long grain rice (16 cents)
1/4 c. dried sweet corn (74 cents)
2 T. dried bell peppers (16 cents)
2 T. dried chopped onion (2 cents)
1 tsp. parsley flakes (3 cents)
1 tsp. salt (1 cent)
1/4 tsp. sweet bbq powder or chili powder (2 cents)
(Plus one bagi, 4 cents)

Instructions to include with mix:
1. Combine mix with 2 and 1/2 c. water in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stir, and cover tightly with lid.
2. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20-25 minutes.
3. Remove from heat; let sit 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
